Location: Based in Surrey, BC. Daily travel to residential, commercial and strata properties throughout Surrey and the Lower Mainland.

Splendid Landscape Services Inc. is looking for an experienced Landscape Supervisor to lead a landscaping crew while helping maintain beautiful outdoor spaces for our residential, commercial and strata clients.

What You'll Do
- Lead and support a landscaping crew each day.
- Train team members on safe work practices and equipment use.
- Mow lawns, trim hedges, prune shrubs and trees.
- Weed, edge gardens and maintain flower beds.
- Plant trees, shrubs and seasonal plants.
- Inspect lawns, trees and plants for pests, diseases and general health.
- Apply fertilizers, herbicides and pesticides when required and permitted.
- Operate landscaping equipment safely, including: Lawn mowers; Hedge trimmers
- Line trimmers (weed whackers); Leaf blowers; Pruning tools.
- Drive company trucks and trailers between job sites.
- Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently and to company standards.
- Communicate professionally with customers and crew members.
What We're Looking For
- 2–5 years of landscaping or horticulture experience.
- Previous experience leading or supervising a landscaping crew.
- Valid BC Class 5 Driver's Licence.
- Comfortable driving a truck and trailer.
- Knowledge of lawn care, pruning, planting and landscape maintenance.
- Horticulture certification, apprenticeship or BCLNA certification is considered an asset.
- BC Pesticide Applicator Certificate is an asset.
- Able to read, write and speak English.
- Reliable, organized and able to solve problems independently.
Physical Requirements
- Work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Stand, bend and walk for extended periods.
- Wear steel-toe boots and appropriate safety equipment.

Qualifications
Education
- Secondary school diploma or equivalent.
- Horticulture education is an asset.
Experience
- Landscape maintenance: 2+ years preferred.
- Supervisory experience is an asset.
