Our hotel is looking for a Guest Service Agent for our busy lobby. The ideal candidate will have experience providing exceptional customer service and must have a friendly, outgoing personality. Responsibilities include answering phones, checking guests in and out, welcoming guests and assisting with luggage. A successful candidate will be able to work both independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
- Interact with guests and resolve complaints.
- Answer questions about products and services.
- Meet with management and other employees to discuss issues within the department or company.
- Provide information to guests over the telephone.
