What does the day to day look like?
- Oversee service department by managing, and mentoring technicians and service advisors
- Ensure a guest experience that exceeds our guest’s expectations and the manufacturer’s customer satisfaction index (CSI)
- Work with General Manager to set sales and gross objectives for Service Advisors
- Ensure guest vehicles are serviced in a timely manner
- Handle and resolve guest concerns and complaints
- Monitor and control all warranty activity, assuring compliance with warranty policies and procedures
- Communicate regularly with guests about maintenance and service work needed
- Remain current on product and industry changes
- Lead a collaborative service department, working closely with sales and parts departments
- Support with hiring and training processes for new members of the service team
- Perform other duties as required
Who are you?
- PBS knowledge is considered a key asset
- Strong selling skills with the ability to drive results
- Quick learner and highly trainable
- Extensive experience in the Automotive Service Department
- Possess leadership skills and can motivate teams effectively
- Must be eligible to work in Canada
