We are a high-end ladies fashion boutique carrying premium Canadian and European brands. We are looking for a warm, personable Sales Assistant to join our small team.
About the Role
Part-time position with daytime hours and occasional Saturday shifts. You will be welcoming customers, offering styling advice, and building genuine relationships that keep clients coming back.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers in a warm and professional manner
- Provide styling advice and outfit recommendations
- Build lasting relationships with clients and support repeat business
- Process sales through our POS system
- Assist with merchandising, displays, and keeping the store looking its best
- Receive and organize inventory
- Support social media content and in-store events as needed
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in retail, fashion, or customer service
- Confident styling women and putting together complete looks
- Comfortable working independently and taking initiative
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable, professional, and self-motivated
- Familiar with POS systems and basic website navigation
- A genuine appreciation for quality fashion and exceptional service
- Available for daytime shifts and occasional Saturdays
- Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
- Non-smoker
- Mature and at ease with a discerning clientele
