Roof Ninjas is hiring an experienced roofer to join our roofing and exterior crew.
We are a growing roofing and exterior company based in Stratford, Ontario. We focus on professional workmanship, clean jobsites, respectful crews, and a high-quality customer experience. We are looking for someone reliable who takes pride in their work and wants to be part of a company with high standards.
Position Details
This position is approximately 40 hours per week through the summer season, depending on weather and workload. Some weeks may be shorter due to weather. Winter work may be part-time or on-call, with full weeks available during snow removal, ice dam work, repairs, and seasonal exterior work.
Responsibilities
Assist with asphalt roofing, repairs, tear-offs, and installations
Work on exterior projects such as siding, soffit, fascia, and eavestrough when needed
Keep jobsites clean, organized, and safe
Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment
Follow direction from the site lead or supervisor
Use proper safety practices at all times
Represent Roof Ninjas professionally with customers, neighbours, and crew members
Requirements
Roofing experience required
Valid driver’s licence required
Reliable transportation to our shop each morning
Own basic hand tools
Comfortable working at heights
Able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Professional, respectful, and quality-focused
Working at Heights training is an asset
What We Provide
$25–$35 per hour, depending on experience and ability
Higher pay may be available for applicants who can lead jobs, install independently, or bring strong shingling/exterior experience
