Overview
At CPM Professional Painting, we're looking for an experienced painter who takes pride in quality workmanship. We value professionalism, reliability, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic.
Duties
- Prepare surfaces through cleaning, sanding, patching, caulking, and priming
- Paint residential and commercial interiors and exteriors
- Refinish kitchen cabinets, including sanding, priming, and spraying
- Apply paint, stain, or varnish using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment
- Use hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas
- Communicate professionally with clients and team members
- Follow safety procedures and project specifications
Requirements
- Previous painting experience required
- Kitchen refinishing experience is an asset
- Experience with spray equipment preferred
- Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
- Reliable, hardworking, and able to work independently
- Good communication and time management skills
- Ability to perform physical work, including lifting, bending, and climbing ladders
- Valid driver's license preferred
