Key Responsibilities
- Perform consultations and recommend personalized treatment plans
- Deliver advanced treatments such as laser hair removal, Facials, microneedling, Acne treatment and extraction and skin mapping
- Sell services and products to meet and exceed sales targets
- Build long-term client relationships to drive loyalty and referrals
- Collaborate with the team to maintain a positive clinic environment
- Manage bookings and client data using Aesthetic Record Software
Who You Are
- Certified Medical Aesthetician with a diploma from a recognized institution
- Minimum 2 years of experience in medical aesthetics with strong sales results
- Skilled in upselling, closing sales, and delivering excellent client care
- Flexible schedule availability, including evenings and weekends
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
