About the Role
This job is part of the Administrative Services job function. They are responsible for providing support to areas of the business including operations, events, deals, and marketing.
What You'll Do
Assist deals team with paperwork and deal vouchers from the beginning to the end of the deals process (Deals administration).
Coordinate with teams, review trade records, and input deal information into internal deals system (Deals administration).
Produce graphic design artwork to support marketing efforts for sales personnel (Marketing).
Generate brochures, floor plans, tour books, maps, advertising, presentations within corporate templates while adhering to branding guidelines (Marketing).
Assist with event planning for a number of client and internal events including but not limited to the Calgary Stampede, Prairie offices Annual General Meeting, and the Calgary Real Estate forum (Events).
Provide backup reception coverage in the event our receptionist is on vacation (Reception).
Miscellaneous tasks for Management team (Managing Director & Senior Regional Operations Manager).
What You'll Need
High School Diploma or GED with up to 2 years of job-related experience.
Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, PowerPoint, and InDesign
Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work.
Communication skills to exchange straightforward information.
Proficient in Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
Basic math skills. Ability to calculate simple figures such as percentages, discounts, and markups.
