Rosedale Transport in Edmonton requires a Customer Care Associate. 1 Year Contract. The role includes administrative work, operations, customer care, and Pick-up's.
This representative will be responsible for communicating verbally and by email with Customers, outside agents and internal employees. General responsibilities will include taking pickups, tracing and tracking shipments, notify hold for pick -up customers and Carriers, book appointments, file, etc...
Shift
- Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm
Description:
- Minimum of 1 years direct experience in a Customer Service capacity.
- Must have the ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing.
- Previous experience working within the transportation industry an asset.
- Strong conflict resolution skills in order to handle customer issues.
- Sound analytical thinking, planning, prioritization, and execution skills.
- manual dexterity for desktop computer and peripherals.
Business Equipment and Computer Applications
- Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), Maddocks Systems, Telephones.
