Novatek is a local mobility software and telecommunications solutions company looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Sales & Customer Support Specialist to join our growing team in Vaudreuil-Dorion.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with customers, technology, and mobile communications. The position combines customer service, technical support, sales, and general administrative responsibilities in a friendly and dynamic work environment.
We offer the flexibility of either a full-time or part-time position, depending on the successful candidate.

Qualifications & Skills:
The ideal candidate will have:
· Strong communication skills in French and English; bilingualism is a definite asset.
· Previous experience in telecommunications, two-way radio, mobility, wireless communications, or a related industry is preferred.
· Good working knowledge of Android and iOS smartphones and mobile devices.
· Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to assist customers with basic technical troubleshooting.
· Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams.
· Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
· A positive attitude and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
· A willingness and enthusiasm to learn new technologies and solutions.
· Experience with Quickbooks Accounting and Salesforce would be considered an asset.
· Previous customer service or sales experience would be an advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
As part of the Novatek team, your responsibilities will include:
· Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.
· Responding professionally to incoming customer phone calls and emails.
· Assisting customers with technical support and troubleshooting requests.
· Following up with customers to ensure issues are resolved and service expectations are met.
· Identifying and developing new business opportunities.
· Supporting prospective customers through a consultative sales approach.
· Conducting online product demonstrations and presentations using Microsoft Teams.
· Following up on sales leads, customer inquiries, and opportunities.
· Assisting with customer onboarding and product training when required.
· Maintaining accurate customer and sales information.
· Entering and maintaining expense information using Quickbooks Accounting.
· Providing general administrative and operational support to the team as required.
