Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing and logistics sector, is seeking a dedicated Material Handler to join their team. As a Material Handler, you will be an essential part of the warehouse operations supporting the logistics and inventory management teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.
Job Title: Material Handler
Location: Perth, ON
Pay Rate: $19/hr
Shift: Monday-Friday 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM
What's the Job?
- Inspect and verify inbound materials for condition, quantity, and correctness.
- Accurately pick and process outbound orders as required.
- Move and pick up materials from other departments to ensure smooth workflow.
- Complete all necessary paperwork related to inventory and shipments.
- Perform inventory cycle counts and replenishment tasks to maintain stock accuracy.
What's Needed?
- High School Diploma or G.E.D. from an accredited institution.
- Ability to work efficiently as part of a team.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Willingness to work daily and weekend overtime as required.
- Candidates within 80 km of Perth, ON will be considered; relocation is not offered.
