TRAINING
- Field & Mechanical experience an asset
- Requirement – Industry Tickets & PPE
- On-the-job training provided
POSTION DESCRIPTION
- Reliable, responsible, and hardworking
- Valid BC driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Drug & Alcohol-free environment
- Professional communication with clients, farmers, and co-workers
- Vegetation control for oil and gas sites, industrial yards, and town compounds (weeding spraying)
- Operate application equipment and handle herbicides safely
- Vegetation work including brushing, whippering, and mowing
- Plant identification and reporting
- Maintain and repair company equipment; mechanical skills are an asset
TICKETS
- Pesticide or Assistant Applicator License (asset)
- Level 1/2 First Aid
- WHMIS (in-house course available)
- TDG (in-house course available)
- H2S Alive
- Valid BC driver’s license (Class 5+)
