Door to door Sales Rep position is 100% commission based.

Sales Representative Job Expectations:
· Excellent verbal and written communication are required
· Engage in professional and friendly manner with new potential customers in areas we are currently offering our services
· Educate potential clients about what makes Norden Seal unique
· Provide a product demonstration to potential clients and answer all questions they may have.
· Determine the right fit of the product for every individual customer
· Conduct accurate on-site estimation with a potential contract award. Estimating on site in a timely and efficient manner: prepare and submit quotes to potential and existing customers utilizing our internal process and software
· Proactively follow up on estimates and close sales
· Provide after-sales support including seeking customer feedback
· Ability to work well independently
· Ability to negotiate, cold call customers, and upsell products and services
· Resilience to sales environment
· Valid Driver's License with reliable transportation
Working conditions:
· Ability to work in all weather conditions
· Ability to drive-in all-weather conditions and work while on the go as required
· Willingness to adapt schedule and hours to accommodate high season and customer demand
· Willingness to be on call in weekends as required
Salary: $35,000 - $85,000+ per year 100% commission based.
