The Role
We're looking for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in their work, and wants to grow with a company that's expanding quickly.
You'll work directly with the owner installing roof rejuvenation treatments, silicone roof coating systems, and other exterior protection services across Nova Scotia.
Responsibilities
- Apply roof rejuvenation treatments
- Spray silicone roof coating systems
- Set up ladders and safety equipment
- Roof cleaning and preparation when necessary
- Replace missing shingles when necessary
- Operate spray equipment
- Drive company vehicles
- Complete photos and job documentation
- Maintain a clean, professional work site
Requirements
- Comfortable working at heights
- Physically fit
- Valid driver's license
- Able to lift 75 lbs
- Strong work ethic
- Positive attitude
- Reliable transportation to our shop
- Able to travel throughout Nova Scotia
Experience in roofing, painting, construction or pressure washing is an asset - but we're willing to train the right person.
