Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Chef de Partie to join our culinary team.
Our compensation is from 18.25 to 22 depends on experience and around 5 - 6 dollar of tips per hour.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and a strong understanding of meal preparation and food safety practices.
As a Chef de Partie, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our kitchen operates smoothly and efficiently, contributing to the overall dining experience for our guests. Our compensation is from 18.25 to 22 depends on experience and around 5 - 6 dollar of tips per hour.
This role will work 2days in the perfect morning time 9am to 5 pm.
Duties
- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
- Ensure all food is prepared in compliance with food safety regulations and guidelines.
- Assist in the organization and cleanliness of the kitchen, including proper storage of food items.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Participate in training new kitchen staff on food preparation techniques and safety protocols.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role within the food service or restaurant industry.
- Strong knowledge of meal preparation, food handling, and kitchen operations.
- Familiarity with various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
- A commitment to maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
