Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) – Independent Contractor Position

Skyn Med Spa is currently seeking a dedicated and professional Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) to join our growing team as an independent contractor.
This is an excellent opportunity for an established therapist looking to work within a supportive, high-traffic med spa environment while maintaining independence and flexibility.
Compensation Structure:
- 70/30 split (therapist receives 70%) when bringing and servicing your own clientele
- 60/40 split (therapist receives 60%) when clients are provided by Skyn Med Spa
- Competitive earning potential based on clientele and performance
What We Provide:
- Treatment room/bed setup
- Linens and basic clinic supplies
- Professional, clean, and established spa environment
Requirements:
- Must be a fully licensed Registered Massage Therapist in good standing
- Must have an existing client base and be able to bring clientele
- Strong professionalism, client care, and ability to work independently
- Liability insurance required
Ideal Candidate:
We are looking for someone who is motivated, self-driven, and interested in growing within a busy med spa setting. This role is best suited for an RMT who already has an established clientele and is looking for a refined space to operate from.
