We are looking for someone with a friendly personality with a background in the Automotive Industry. The ideal candidate needs to be customer orientated, organized, work well with others or independently. Bilingualism would be considered and asset. Hours are from 7:30 - 5:00 pm.
As the Office Administrator / CSR your Responsibilities would include but not limited to:
· Answering and directing phone calls.
· Scheduling estimate and repair appointments.
· Arranging customer vehicle drop off and pick up.
· Routinely keeping customers informed of their vehicle repair status.
· Opening and closing Repair Invoices in a timely fashion.
· Working with Insurance adjusters and appraisers with claims.
· Arranging replacement vehicles and coordinating pick up and drop off times.
· Following up with customers after repairs have been completed.
· Processing invoices and maintaining accounts receivables.
· Ordering and maintaining office supply levels
