As a Dayforce Evangelist, the Solution Advisor is an integral part of pre-sales solutioning team. Solution Advisors should be well versed in Human Capital Management and have the talent to convey value and alignment in a confident and memorable manner. Solution Advisors are responsible for contributing to strategy, thought leadership that positions Ceridian as a leader for all areas of HCM.
Solution Advisors work closely with the sales team and other team members to position and demonstrate solutions that solve our prospects most complex business problems. They will possess strong value-based selling skills and be able confidently present to and build confidence with C-Level executives engaged in the sales cycle.
Participate in and assist in leading a thorough solution discovery that will allow the team to quantify the impact of change and clearly align requirements opportunities and objectives from the prospective customer with the Dayforce solution.
Create and execute a compelling solution strategy and Dayforce solution presentation(s) that will result in building preference, alignment and value with the customer.
Assist the team in providing data to ensure accurate scoping for the Statement of Work
Prepare information and participate in the internal sales to implementation transition with System Integration Partners and internal project teams.
Provide all documentation such as clients goals/desired outcomes, value presentations, solutioning presentations, discovery etc. If asked, attend client project kickoff to ensure consistent messaging and value.
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent and relevant work experience
5+ years previous sales/account management/pre-sales/solutions consultant experience
Expert Knowledge of Human Resources, Benefits, and Talent. Solid understanding of all other areas of Human Capitol Management such as Payroll and Workforce management.
Executive Presentation Skills that are conveyed in a memorable way.
Thought leadership on topics that are pertinent and timely for Human Resources, Benefits and talent.
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Agility, planning and foresight are imperative skills to be successful in this role.
