About Us

We’re looking for a driven, hands-on Marketing Coordinator to bring our marketing function fully in-house and help scale our brand, performance marketing, and customer engagement.
Role Overview
This is a high-impact, multi-disciplinary marketing role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to take ownership. You’ll work closely with leadership to execute, optimize, and scale our marketing initiatives across digital channels, content, and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Performance Marketing
- Manage and optimize Facebook/Instagram ad campaigns (creation, targeting, A/B testing, scaling)
- Oversee Google Ads spend and performance (Search, Display, Performance Max)
- Continuously improve SEO rankings, domain authority and organic traffic volume.
- Continuously improve ROAS, CPA, and conversion metrics
Analytics & Reporting
- Monitor campaign performance across all channels
- Prepare regular reports with insights and actionable recommendations
- Identify trends, opportunities, and areas for optimization
Content & Creative
- Assist in writing and refining email campaigns and ad copy
- Support execution of daily/weekly email marketing campaigns
- Collaborate on campaign concepts, offers, and messaging
Social Media Management
- Own WineOnline’s social media presence:
- Schedule and publish content
- Respond to comments and messages
- Engage with audience and build community
- Help create and edit short-form video content (Reels, TikTok-style)
Growth & Strategy
- Research and propose new marketing strategies, channels, and tools
- Identify opportunities to improve the customer journey and conversion funnel
- Contribute ideas to grow brand awareness and customer acquisition
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 2–3 years of experience at a marketing agency or similar environment
- Strong understanding of paid media platforms (Meta & Google Ads)
- Experience with social media management and content creation
- Basic image and video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, OpusClip, Final Cut, Adobe Premiere, Photoshop, or similar)
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret marketing data
- Strong understanding of Analytics and Traffic Attribution Platforms (Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Wicked Reports, Hyros, Triple Whale or similar).
- Experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Co-Pilot, Canva AI) to support content creation, copywriting, and marketing workflows
- Ability to write effective prompts to generate high-quality marketing assets and ideas efficiently
