Montreal Language Institute (MLI) is a Canadian language school with campuses in Montreal, Toronto, and Vancouver. We provide French language training and educational services to both domestic and international students.
We are currently seeking an Academic Sales Consultant to support the daily operations of our Vancouver campus. This role combines student services, academic support, campus administration, and social media coordination. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, customer-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced educational environment.
Responsibilities
- Contact new inquiries within a timely manner
- Conduct discovery and consultation calls with prospective students
- Explain program structure, schedules, fees, and learning outcomes
- Handle objections professionally and confidently
- Follow up consistently with prospective students
- Maintain accurate notes and updates within the CRM
- Track and manage your pipeline effectively
- Achieve monthly enrollment and conversion targets
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in education, sales, customer service, or a related field is an assets
This is a commission-based role. To support your success, comprehensive on-site training will be provided at the beginning of employment. Once training is completed, you will work fully remotely.
Pay: $3,500.00-$6,000.00 per month
