We specialize in authentic Japanese tapas, premium sake, and creating an unforgettable, welcoming experience for our guests. We are looking for passionate, energetic, and hard-working servers to join our close-knit hospitality team.Job Responsibilities
- Guest Hospitality: Welcome guests with high energy and traditional Japanese greetings.
- Menu Knowledge: Guide guests through our tapas, sake, and cocktail menus with helpful recommendations.
- Order Management: Take accurate food and drink orders using our POS system.
- Table Service: Deliver items promptly, monitor guest needs, and maintain table cleanliness.
- Payment Handling: Process cash, debit, and credit card transactions accurately.
- Teamwork: Clean, restock, and assist teammates to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Certification: Must hold a valid Smart Serve Ontario certification.
- Experience: Minimum of [1 year] of restaurant serving or hospitality experience preferred.
- Availability: Flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and late-night shifts (we are open until 2:00 AM).
- Skills: Excellent communication, ability to multitask under pressure, and a strong work ethic.
- Assets: Knowledge of Japanese cuisine, sake, or conversational Japanese language skills is a major plus.
