Charm Dental Brentwood is looking for a goal-driven yet experienced dental front desk staff to join our team.
Our ideal candidate would be someone who:
- Shows caring and empathy towards patients.
- Able to maintain professionalism when handling challenging situations.
- Able to proactively help out team members when needed.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written in English & Korean
- Proficiency in Tracker software is REQUIRED.
- Proficiency in handling insurance claims, pre-authorizations and accounts receivables.
- Be able to work on Weekends
