We are an established plumbing and heating company serving high-rise residential and commercial buildings throughout the GTA. We are currently seeking an experienced and licensed Master Plumber to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on plumbing experience, particularly in high-rise buildings, and will be comfortable performing service, maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and emergency plumbing work.
Responsibilities
- Perform plumbing service, repairs, maintenance, and installations in high-rise residential and commercial buildings
- Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues efficiently
- Service and replace shut-off valves, PRVs, mixing valves, pumps, fixtures, drainage components, and other plumbing equipment
- Perform leak investigations and emergency plumbing repairs
- Work with building management, property managers, superintendents, and residents in a professional manner
- Read drawings, specifications, and plumbing documentation when required
- Complete service reports and accurately document work performed
- Follow Ontario Building Code requirements and all applicable health and safety regulations
- Participate in the company's after-hours and emergency on-call rotation
Requirements
- Valid Master Plumber licence
- Valid Ontario Certificate of Qualification / plumbing licence, as applicable
- Strong high-rise building plumbing experience is required
- Extensive experience in service and maintenance plumbing
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions on site
- Valid Ontario driver's licence with a clean driving record
- Professional communication and customer-service skills
- Reliable, punctual, and able to respond to emergency calls when scheduled
- Must have a strong understanding of plumbing systems commonly found in multi-residential/high-rise buildings
Compensation & Benefits
- $40–$55 per hour, depending on experience
- After-hours service paid at 150% of regular hourly rate
- Emergency service paid at 200% of regular hourly rate

Schedule
Full-time position with regular daytime hours. The successful candidate must also be available to participate in an after-hours/emergency on-call rotation.
