Position: Piano Teacher (Contractor)

About Us
We are a growing educational program dedicated to creating engaging and enriching learning experiences for children. We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Piano Teacher (Contractor) to join our team and teach students of various ages and skill levels on weekends.
Responsibilities
- Plan and teach engaging piano lessons for children and youth
- Adapt teaching methods based on students’ age, level, and learning style
- Help students build strong foundations in music theory, technique, rhythm, and performance skills
- Prepare students for recitals, performances, examinations, or personal learning goals (if applicable)
- Communicate professionally with parents regarding student progress
- Maintain a positive, encouraging, and structured learning environment
- Arrive on time and maintain professionalism during teaching hours
Qualifications
- Experience teaching piano to children and/or youth
- Formal music training or relevant certification/education preferred
- Strong communication and classroom management skills
- Patient, enthusiastic, and passionate about music education
- Ability to work independently as a contractor
- Weekend availability is required
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience preparing students for performances or piano exams
- Experience teaching beginner to intermediate students
Compensation
This is a contractor position with percentage-based revenue sharing. Compensation will be provided as a split of student tuition/lesson fees, based on experience, qualifications, and number of enrolled students.
