Experience and Skill Set Requirements
· Provide leadership and coaches the team on Agile practices and principles to deliver high quality products and services
· Collaborate with the Ministry’s product owner to prioritize the product backlog
· Collaborate with diverse teams and negotiate solutions with multiple stakeholders
· Facilitates and supports Daily Standup, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review and Retrospective
· Proficient at requirements refinement, story point estimation, velocity, retrospection and other scrum techniques
· Resolves team impediments to increase the effectiveness of the development team
· Contributes to the advancement and improvement of Agile practices within the organization
· Exemplifies and promotes Agile values and principles
· Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills; verbal and written communication skills; interpersonal, negotiation and conflict resolution skills
· Identify areas for improvement and increase the productivity of the Scrum Team
· Identify, manage and report risks, issues
Job Type: Fixed term contract

Pay: Up to $95.00 per hour
