About the Role
Lisi Services is looking for a Field Service Lead - Pump Systems to lead our growing pump division while remaining actively involved in the field. This is a leadership role for someone who enjoys being hands-on, mentoring technicians, building strong customer relationships, and helping grow a specialized service department.
You'll be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and installing pump systems in high-rise, commercial, and industrial properties while serving as the lead representative for our pump services. You'll work closely with property managers, identify opportunities to improve system performance, provide technical recommendations, and help ensure every customer receives exceptional service.

Technical Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience servicing commercial pump systems, including sump pumps, centrifugal pumps for cooling and heating systems and related equipment
- Strong experience diagnosing, repairing, rebuilding, and installing pump systems
- Solid understanding of pump operating conditions including pressure, temperature, flow, vibration, alignment, and performance
- Experience measuring tolerances and recording accurate inspection data
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, schematics, and pump assembly diagrams

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead field operations for pump service, maintenance, repairs, installations, and retrofits across commercial, industrial, and high-rise properties.
- Perform advanced diagnostics and troubleshoot complex pump system failures to determine root causes and recommend long-term solutions.
- Serve as the primary on-site contact for customers, providing professional communication, technical guidance, and exceptional customer service.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with property managers, building operators, and clients to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Identify opportunities for preventative maintenance, equipment upgrades, replacements, and additional services that provide value to the customer.
- Collaborate with the Operations team to develop repair recommendations, support quoting, and ensure accurate job planning.
- Review completed work to ensure quality, accuracy, compliance with company standards, and applicable safety regulations.
- Complete detailed inspection reports, service documentation, and recommendations for customers in a clear and professional manner.
- Read and interpret mechanical drawings, schematics, OEM manuals, and technical documentation.

Pay: $45.00-$55.00 per hour
Experience:
- HVAC and/or Plumbing: 3 years (preferred)
