Landscape Construction – Foreman - Kitchener
Helmutz Landscape & Interlock is currently hiring for full-time Landscape Construction Foreman, specializing in Hardscaping (retaining walls and interlocking pavers) to add to our talented team!

Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and work on landscaping construction projects including interlocking paver driveways, patios, walkways, armour stone and precast concrete retaining walls, and general landscaping to a high standard of quality
- Operate and maintain modern construction equipment such as skid steers, excavators, plate tampers and hand tools
- Ensure work is completed on time and in line with company and industry standards
- Troubleshoot and adapt to challenges onsite to ensure jobsite efficiency
- Ensure organized and safe jobsites at all times
- Track and communicate material and equipment needs for specific sites and projects
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the landscape construction industry
- Ability to motivate and train junior employees
- Strong knowledge of standard industry practices and safety regulations
- Valid Driver’s Licence with clean driving abstract (DZ, AZ, AR is an asset)
- Physically fit and willing and able to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Effective communication and organizational skills
- A strong individual work ethic and ability to work within a team
