Bliss Park Management is a small, hands-on property management company with a growing portfolio of mobile home communities across Alberta. We're a tight team, which means no two days look the same, and no two years either. We're looking for a Property Manager to join us for the long haul. You'll work directly alongside our Senior Property Consultant, a 45-year veteran of the mobile home industry, and gradually take on greater responsibility as our portfolio expands. This isn't a stepping stone. It's a career.
What the role looks like day to day
You'll be the operational backbone of our communities, handling:
- Tenant relations and communications
- Rent collection and arrears follow-up
- Maintenance coordination and contractor management
- Tracking rent rolls and property expenses using Rent Manager
Properties are located in Calgary, Airdrie, and Strathmore, with occasional travel to Rocky Mountain House. A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle are required.
Who we're looking for
More than a specific résumé, we're looking for the right person. You're organized and self-directed. You stay calm under pressure. You treat people with respect, even difficult ones. You notice what needs to be done without being told, and you think carefully about cost without cutting corners.
Some property management experience is expected. Mobile home or manufactured background is a real plus. Familiarity with Rent Manager or similar software is helpful, but we can teach the right person.
