Duties
- Perform a variety of nail treatments including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art.
- Maintain a clean and sanitized work station in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- Engage with clients to understand their preferences and recommend suitable nail services or retail products.
- Upsell additional services and retail items to enhance client satisfaction and increase sales.
- Deliver excellent customer service by creating a relaxing and professional atmosphere.
- Educate clients on proper nail care and aftercare instructions.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest trends in nail art, techniques, and products.
Qualifications
- Experience in nail care, including manicures, pedicures, gel, acrylics, and nail art preferred.
- Knowledge of sanitation practices and maintaining a sterile work environment.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- Ability to upsell services and retail products to meet client needs.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor.
