What You’ll Be Doing (AKA Your Wingstop Superpowers)
- Leading the Pack: Support your GM in running all store operations, from the front counter to the fryer, keeping the team pumped and the whole store running like a well-oiled machine.
- Quality & Service Guru: Make sure every wing is crispy, juicy, and packed with our legendary flavour—while delivering next-level customer service.
- Business Boss Moves in Training: Get hands-on with labour, inventory, scheduling, sales targets, and cost controls—because a well-run store is a happy store, and you're learning to run it.
- Squad Motivation: Recruit, train, coach, and inspire your team to be the best in the business. Happy crew = happy customers!
- Your Path to GM: Learn the ins and outs of restaurant management, financial performance, and leadership as you prepare to take the helm. We promote from within, and we're building you for what's next.
- Safety First: Ensure top-tier food safety, hygiene, and workplace standards—because we take cleanliness as seriously as we take flavour.
What We’re Looking For
- A track record of leadership in a fast-paced hospitality environment—for example, 3+ years as a Shift Lead/Manager or 1+ year as an Assistant General Manager of a high-volume restaurant. Bonus points for having both back-of-house and full-service front-of-house experience.
- A growth mindset and the drive to develop into a future General Manager.
- A people-first leader and natural coach who can build a strong, motivated team and create an amazing workplace culture.
- Passion for food, flavour, and delivering an unforgettable customer experience.
- The ability to hustle, problem-solve, and keep cool under pressure—because peak hour gets intense!
- Experience with scheduling, inventory, cash handling, or shift management is a strong asset.

Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
Work Location: In person
