We are looking for a highly organized, motivated, and computer-savvy Administrator to join our team in Brockville.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is a strong communicator, takes pride in their work, enjoys helping people, and can keep an office running efficiently. Previous property management experience is not required. We are more interested in your ability to learn, take initiative, stay organized, and get things done.
Our company operates in the property management industry, and this role will support the day-to-day administration and operations of our Brockville office.
The Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of administrative, leasing, customer service, and operational responsibilities, including:
- Managing day-to-day office administration and organization
- Responding to emails, phone calls, and general inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Providing excellent customer service to residents, prospective residents, vendors, staff, and other stakeholders
- Assisting with the leasing process, including responding to inquiries, coordinating showings, processing applications, and following up with prospective residents
- Showing available units to prospective residents as required
- Conducting occasional evening and weekend unit showings based on leasing needs and prospective resident availability
- Coordinating and following up on various tasks to ensure they are completed
- Maintaining accurate records, documents, and spreadsheets
- Using computer systems and software to manage information and complete administrative tasks
- Assisting with scheduling, communications, and office coordination
- Supporting and coordinating the work of a small team of approximately two employees
- Identifying issues that require attention and taking initiative to resolve or escalate them
- Preparing reports, correspondence, notices, and other documents
- Working with vendors and service providers as required
- Assisting management with various projects and administrative initiatives
- Being available for on-call responsibilities on a rotating/as-needed basis
- Taking on new responsibilities as the needs of the business evolve
Availability
This position requires some flexibility outside of regular business hours. The successful candidate must be comfortable with:
- Occasional evening and weekend work for unit showings
- Being available for on-call responsibilities when required
- Responding to time-sensitive issues when necessary
- Adjusting their schedule occasionally based on operational and leasing requirements
The expectation is that these responsibilities will be managed as part of the overall role and are not intended to be a full-time after-hours commitment.

Experience
Property management experience is not required.
We welcome candidates from a variety of backgrounds, including administration, customer service, office management, retail management, hospitality, banking, healthcare administration, sales, or other roles where organization, communication, technology, and customer service are important.
Experience in leasing, sales, customer service, or coordinating people and processes would be an asset, but is not essential.
What matters most to us is your work ethic, attitude, ability to learn, communication skills, and ability to take ownership.
