Support participants in a residential setting to identify individual goals and develop life skills necessary to live as independently as possible. Service delivery is based on a client centered, trauma informed and non-judgmental perspective.
Identify social, economic, recreational, and educational services in the community to meet clients’ needs.
Perform other related duties as required.
Certificate in a related human / social service field plus a minimum of one-year recent related experience, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
