Hyatt Regency Vancouver is seeking dedicated guest service-oriented Housekeeping Inspector/Inspectress (Part-Time) to join our Housekeeping department.
This position requires the ability to inspect rooms after the Room Attendants finish cleaning the rooms. This candidate should have previous Housekeeping experience as they have to be able to inspect the quality and cleanliness are up to the Hyatt standards. This candidate must be energetic, detailed and meticulous in following Hyatt cleanliness standards and have great interpersonal and verbal communication skills. In charge of special projects in the department, answering phone queries, guest inquiries and requests on a daily basis.
This position works closely with the Room Attendants, Housekeeping Housepersons, Inspectors, and Front Desk. They will be the liaison between Housekeeping and Front Desk for the communication of releasing rooms to the front desk for arrival and preparation of resort guest, owners, and VIP's.
Starting wage is at $25.94 per hour; after 6 months wage is at $30.26 per hour; after 1 year wage is at $34.58 per hour.
