Job Summary
The Security Company Manager is responsible for overseeing all security operations, managing personnel, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving business growth. A mandatory component of this role is the acquisition of new clients and the expansion of the company's customer base through business development, networking, and relationship-building activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee daily security operations and personnel.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, client requirements, and regulatory standards.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure service excellence and contract retention.
- Actively identify, pursue, and secure new clients as a mandatory performance requirement of the role.
- Develop and implement business development strategies to increase revenue and market presence.
- Prepare and deliver proposals, presentations, and service agreements to prospective clients.
- Attend networking events, industry meetings, and community engagements to generate new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to achieve company growth targets and sales objectives.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for expansion.
- Prepare regular reports on operational performance, client acquisition activities, and business development results.
Performance Expectations
- Achievement of defined new client acquisition targets is a core requirement of the position.
- Success in both operational management and business development will be considered when evaluating performance.
Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour
