The Opportunity
As a key member of our paid Marketing team, the Pay-Per-Click Assistant will work in close coordination with the Lead Generation Manager and other colleagues in launching and optimizing our paid advertising.

Key Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Lead Generation Manager:
- Manage Google Ads and Microsoft Ads campaigns, including build, launch, optimization, and report generation.
- Monitor daily performance of Google Ads and Microsoft Ads campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
- Perform ongoing keyword search, expansion, and optimization.
- Analyzing and monitoring analytics and PPC Performance.
- Research and analyze competitor advertising and implement corresponding initiatives to address deficiencies and improve overall paid performance.
- Track KPIs to assess performance and pinpoint issues.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Undergraduate Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 3 years of relevant digital marketing experience.
- Experience with Google Ads and Microsoft Ads campaign management.
- Google Ads Certified.
- Google Analytics 4 experience.
- Proven SERP experience managing PPC campaigns.
- Excellent knowledge of reporting and performance metrics for digital assets and campaigns.
- Critical thinking.
- Problem-solving abilities.
- Strong attention to detail, high level analytical skills and ability to make data-driven/informed decisions and recommendations.
