About the Role
We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented individual to join our team and assist with quality control, logistics, inventory management, and daily warehouse operations.
As a Quality Control, Logistics & Inventory Associate, you will play an important role in making sure our products are checked properly, stored accurately, and shipped correctly to customers.
You will help inspect incoming and outgoing products, manage inventory, prepare orders, support receiving, and keep the warehouse organized. Attention to detail is very important, as our customers expect their orders to arrive accurately, cleanly, and in excellent condition.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect apparel and accessories for quality, accuracy, defects, damages, sizing issues, packaging issues, and overall presentation.
- Check incoming production shipments against packing lists, purchase orders, and internal records.
- Assist with receiving, sorting, labelling, organizing, and storing inventory.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipping.
- Verify that orders are accurate before they leave the warehouse.
- Help maintain accurate inventory counts and assist with cycle counts.
- Identify and report product defects, discrepancies, shortages, or damages.
- Keep quality control notes and documentation organized.
- Assist with returns and exchanges when needed.
- Support shipping and logistics tasks, including preparing packages and helping with carrier pickups.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse workspace.
- Work with the team to improve processes, accuracy, and efficiency.

- Interest in motorcycles, apparel, fashion, or e-commerce is a bonus.

Pay: $17.60-$19.00 per hour
