Highroad Excavating Ltd. is growing, and we're looking to add four experienced Heavy Equipment Operators to our team immediately.

Highroad Excavating is a respected civil construction contractor specializing in underground utilities, site servicing, bulk excavation, grading, and municipal infrastructure throughout the Lower Mainland. We take pride in completing challenging projects safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
What You'll Be Doing
- Operating excavators, loaders, and other heavy equipment on civil construction projects.
- Safely excavating around existing underground utilities.
- Trenching, grading, bulk excavation, and supporting underground utility installations.
- Performing daily equipment inspections and reporting maintenance concerns.
- Working closely with foremen, grade personnel, and pipe crews to complete projects safely and efficiently.
- Following Highroad Excavating's safety standards and WorkSafeBC requirements.
We're Looking For Operators Who
- Have experience operating excavators in civil construction.
- Are confident working safely around underground utilities.
- Can work from grade stakes or construction drawings (an asset).
- Hold a valid Class 5 Driver's Licence (Air Brakes endorsement is an asset).
- Show up on time, work safely, and take pride in producing quality work.
- Work well with others and contribute to a positive crew environment.
