We are looking for a driven, high-energy Sales Development Representative to help grow The Event Fairy, a GTA-based business specializing in custom fabrication and event activations. This is a 100% remote, volunteer-based role for someone who wants to sharpen their B2B sales skills and add high-level outreach results to their professional portfolio.
You will be the first point of contact for our business, responsible for identifying and reaching out to marketing managers and decision-makers in the automotive and retail sectors.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Targeted Outreach: Conducting high-volume calls and emails to prospective clients across the GTA.
Relationship Building: Engaging with leads to identify their event decor and custom display needs, then passing qualified leads to the business owner to finalize.
Data Management: Managing all outreach efforts, call logs, and lead status updates using an Excel/Google Sheets tracker.
Pipeline Management: Tracking follow-ups, identifying the right decision-makers, and ensuring no potential lead is left behind.

Pay: From $1.00 per hour
