The Client Experience position combines reception, service, and operational support. As a true Spa ambassador, you are the guest’s first impression and contribute to ensuring a seamless and memorable experience at every stage.
- Warmly welcome guests and accompany them throughout their visit
- Manage spa and massage therapy bookings in the reservation system
- Verify schedule accuracy and ensure proper guest care
- Handle billing and follow up on payments
- Respond attentively to in-person, phone, and email inquiries
- Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain cleanliness and order in common areas
- Preserve the serenity and cleanliness of all spaces
- Replenish supplies and assist with laundry operations
- Collaborate closely with the team and management
- Perform any other related tasks that contribute to the smooth operation of the spa

- High school diploma completed
- Excellent command of French (bilingualism is a strong asset)
- Available Wednesday to Sunday, full-time, including weekends
- Team spirit and positive attitude
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Comfortable working in a high-end environment
- Quick execution and strong attention to detail
- Good physical condition (standing position)
