At this time we are looking, in particular, to add an EXPERIENCED LANDSCAPE CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISOR/PROJECT MANAGER, as well as MAINTENANCE & CONSTRUCTION CREW LEADS and an EXPERIENCED MACHINE OPERATOR to our Award Winning Team.

Job Requirements:
- Significant experience in landscaping, carpentry, masonry, or related fields, with a solid track record of successful project management.
- Strong leadership skills, with experience leading teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to interact with clients daily, understanding their needs, and delivering exceptional service.
- Proficient in irrigation systems, low voltage lighting, and pool/pond construction, with hands-on experience.
- Exceptional communication skills, both with clients and team members, ensuring clear and effective collaboration.
- Physically fit, capable of handling the demands of outdoor work in various weather conditions.
- A detail-oriented mindset, ensuring that every project meets the highest standards of quality.
