Office Administrator
Duties:
- Process payroll, remittances, etc. -Manage and maintain office filing systems, including both physical and electronic files. -Coordinate with vendors for office supplies and equipment, ensuring timely delivery and cost-effectiveness.
- Assist with budgeting and financial management tasks, such as tracking expenses and preparing reports.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff members as well as preparing weekly schedules for employees.
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries in a professional manner.
- Greet visitors and provide them with necessary information or assistance.
- Assist with the preparation of presentations, reports, and other documents as needed.
- Perform general administrative tasks, such as photocopying, scanning, and mailing.
Experience:
- Proven experience in office administration or related field.
- Proficient in using office software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Quickbooks).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
