POSITION: Bilingual Relationship Manager, Dealer Relations
LOCATION: Toronto, ON (M5J 0A3)/Montreal, QC (H3B 1S6)
STATUS: Permanent / Full-Time
We are currently seeking a Bilingual Relationship Manager to join our Dealer Relations team within the Client Services department. The main responsibility of the Dealer Relations team is to strengthen our relationships with, and service the senior administrative personnel of mutual fund dealers that sell CI Global Asset Management products. Each mutual fund dealer is provided with a dedicated contact within Dealer Relations for administrative and operational issues that affect our business partnership.
The Bilingual Relationship Manager, Dealer Relations will build trusted relationships and partner with dealers to help them successfully do business with CI. Our focus is to supports the launch of CI products and dealer initiatives, as well as facilitate solutions to digitize customer experience through collaboration externally with the dealers and internally with Service, Operations, Sales, including National Accounts and Marketing.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Manage and enhance relationships with dealers, intermediaries, and vendors.
Update, research and maintain dealer information change requests through transfer agency system (CISS) and Salesforce.
Manage Voice of Customer case workflow and Voice of Customer reports.
Provide communication and support for Fund launches (review fund facts, Fundserv testing and Business Quality Assurance).
Collect dealer information to profile customer and foster customized relationships.
Analyze internal data and feedback to identify key areas of focus to ensure an efficient simplified business relationship with the dealer.
Respond to Ad-Hoc Requests (Trade Rejections, Policy Questions, Trade Questions etc.).
Conduct all tasks and activities aligned with both CI's strategic priorities and Dealer Relations purpose.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING
Minimum 5 years of experience in a service role or 2 years’ experience in a relationship management role, preferably working with mutual fund dealers
Completion of post-secondary education
Working experience with a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system
Enrolment or completion of the CSC (Canadian Securities Course) and/or IFIC (Canadian Investment Funds Course)
Bilingualism in English and French
Strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience in service, operations and business analysis in the financial services industry is an asset.
Familiarity with Fundserv and CI product and services.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet established deadlines.
Ability to work remotely both individually and within a team environment
