As a Service Technician for Hansen Ford Lincoln, you must have your tools and a valid Driver’s License. You will be part of the Hansen Ford Lincoln team dedicated to providing a superior customer experience and maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Main Duties:
Perform maintenance & warranty-related servicing or repair of our customers and dealership vehicles. Assist in keeping all shop tools, equipment, and shop areas in proper working order.
Areas of Specialization are as follows:
Maintenance including oil changes, fuel filters etc
Brake system
Alignments, steering and suspension
Driveline
Mount & Balancing tires
The Ideal Candidate will possess:
- Ford Dealership experience is an asset but we are very willing to work with anyone with a great attitude
- Self-starter with the ability to learn new systems and processes
- Ability to work as a team player as well as independently, with little or no supervision
- Must be flexible and able to work well under pressure
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail and effective organizational skills
- Effective written and oral communication skills
