Aquicon is currently looking for a qualified Estimator to join our team on a full-time basis. Reporting directly to Aquicon's President, the individual will manage several areas of the estimating process including:
- Thorough review of tender documents;
- Attend pre-bid site walkthroughs;
- Work with the tender team on closing of the company bids and tenders;
- Perform takeoffs and estimating duties for upcoming projects (sitework, structural etc.);
- Present takeoffs and budgets to the team for review;
- Remain in close contact with sub-trades to provide responses to RFIs and receive quotes;
- Prepare preliminary schedules for tender submissions;
- Maintain sub-trade lists and up-to-date contact information.
