What You’ll Be Doing
- Installing Smart Luxury Outdoor Lighting systems on residential homes along with landscape lighting.
- Climbing ladders up to 40'
- Working safely at heights
- Operating boom lifts
- Installing low-voltage lighting systems with precision
- Interacting professionally with homeowners
- Representing the Lawn Guys Co Standard of Excellence
You’ll work outdoors in varying weather conditions and must be comfortable working at heights daily. Did we mention, you need to be comfortable working at heights?
Requirements
- Valid Working at Heights certification (must be current and kept current)
- Comfortable climbing and working from ladders (up to 40’)
- Physically fit and able to lift ladders/materials
- Strong situational awareness and safety mindset
- Clean driver’s abstract
- Reliable transportation
- Professional appearance and communication skills
Assets:
- Boom lift certification
- Experience in exterior home services
- Experience with electrical (low-voltage)
- Ability to work independently without supervision

Compensation Structure
Seasonal Install Technician:
$20–$24 per hour based on experience.
Pay: $20.00-$24.00 per hour
