Job Overview
As a Journeyman Metal Cladding Installer, you will take a leading role in the installation of metal cladding and exterior wall systems on commercial and light-industrial projects. You will work alongside experienced crews, apply your technical expertise onsite, and help maintain IMARK’s high standards for safety, quality, and productivity.
Journeymen at IMARK are relied upon not just for installation skills, but for problem-solving, leadership, and setting the standard on-site.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead and perform installation of metal sheeting, cladding systems, wall panels, vapor barriers, and insulation

Work efficiently and safely at heights using approved access systems

Assist with layout, material coordination, and preparation of installation areas

Install and safely operate rigging and hoisting equipment

Mentor and support apprentices and less-experienced crew members

Maintain a clean, organized, and professional worksite

Follow and enforce IMARK’s COR-certified safety procedures and quality standards

Communicate effectively with supervisors and crew members to support smooth project execution
Required Skills, Experience & Qualifications
- Journeyman certification or equivalent experience in metal cladding/sheet metal installation

Strong background in commercial and industrial cladding, sheeting, and panel systems

Solid understanding of installation best practices and jobsite safety

Comfortable working at heights and in active field environments

Ability to speak, read, and write English

CSTS, Fall Protection, and additional safety certifications are considered strong assets
