About the Role
It's an exciting time to join the Score Group team based in Edmonton, Alberta Canada. We are seeking a proactive Site Administrator to support our business activities on a dedicated client site.
As a Site Administrator at Score (Canada) Ltd., you will play a key role in supporting and enhancing our client site Administration operations, as well contributing to Score's overall success across Canada and the Americas Business Unit.
Based at one of our designated client sites, and reporting directly to Score's client site Production Manager, this position is integral to maintaining compliance, managing documentation, and driving continuous improvement in safety and quality standards. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work with sensitive information in a fast-paced industrial environment. This is a 100% out-of-town position, with flights out of Edmonton or Calgary and camp accommodations provided.

Responsibilities
- Support the Administration team members.
- Process weekly labour, equipment and materials (LEM) for contracted sites.
- Open projects to get a job number. Create an electronic file.
- Maintain internal filing system with accuracy.
- Raise Purchase Order (PO) for site.
- Process non-contracted site work.
- Submit a Detailed Fee Report (DFR) to the client daily.
- Submit a Detailed Fee Report (DFR) to the client during turnaround.
- Submit training request forms.
- Maintain vehicles & equipment.
- Vehicle rental for hire and off hire.
- Create vehicle HSE packs for rentals vehicles.
- Complete vehicle access passes and site access passes.
- Arrange for rental vehicle to have company stickers installed.
- Arrange hotel accommodations for employees.
- Invoice turnaround timesheets.
- Keep D365 up to date with quoted values & scheduled delivery dates.
- Review order confirmations against purchase orders.
Experience
- Diploma in Office Administration or related discipline.
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within a project-based or industrial setting or additional qualifications in a relevant field is a plus.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Working knowledge of business processes and functions (i.e., client service satisfaction, operations, procurement, purchase ordering systems, etc.).
- Communicate effectively and positively with others and be flexible to change.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with problem-solving aptitude.
- Ability to utilize Microsoft Suite including Excel to develop relevant data and maintain applicable file management.
