Little Pearls Pediatric Dentistry is looking for an experienced, enthusiastic, and energetic Pediatric Dental Assistant to join our busy and growing team!

About the Position
This is a very hands-on and busy position in a pediatric dental office. Our ideal candidate is confident, organized, efficient, friendly, and able to stay calm and productive in a fast-paced environment.
If you get easily overwhelmed in a busy environment, this may not be the right position for you.
The successful candidate must be comfortable working independently when needed while also being a strong team player.
Qualifications & Experience
The ideal candidate must have:
- Pediatric dental assisting experience
- Experience with Tracker dental software
- Strong knowledge of four-handed dentistry
- Experience assisting with pediatric procedures
- Knowledge of mixing dental cements
- Experience using a DEXIS intraoral scanner
- Familiarity and experience with nitrous oxide
- Strong computer skills and comfort learning new technology
- Ability to input treatment plans accurately
- Ability to assist with billing and administrative duties as needed
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Excellent organization and time-management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy environment
- A positive, friendly, and professional attitude
- A genuine love for working with children

Hours
Monday – Thursday: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Friday: 7:30 AM – 2:30 PM
No weekends!
