Help Build Calgary's Next Great Electrical Services Company
Crew Electrical Services is growing.
We're looking for a driven, relationship-focused Business Development Manager to help us expand our commercial services division, build strategic partnerships, and create recurring revenue opportunities throughout Calgary and Southern Alberta.
This is a newly created role reporting directly to the Owner. You will have the opportunity to help design and build our commercial growth strategy from the ground up.
This isn't a sales desk job.
You'll be out meeting property managers, facility managers, building owners, restoration companies, general contractors, and commercial decision-makers. Your mission is simple: build relationships that create long-term opportunities for our company and our customers.
Electrical services are our foundation, but our vision extends far beyond traditional service work. We are building a company known for exceptional customer service, strong commercial relationships, recurring maintenance programs, and strategic partnerships throughout Calgary.

What You'll Do
- Develop and grow commercial service accounts
- Build relationships with property managers and facility managers
- Create strategic partnerships with restoration contractors
- Expand generator service and maintenance opportunities
- Generate new recurring service agreements
- Conduct networking, prospecting, and client meetings
- Maintain and manage opportunities within our CRM
- Collaborate with leadership and estimating teams to develop proposals
- Represent Crew Electrical Services professionally in the marketplace
What We're Looking ForRequired
- 5+ years of Business Development, Account Management, or B2B Sales experience
- Proven history of generating new business and developing long-term customer relationships
- Experience managing a sales pipeline and CRM
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
- Valid driver's license

CompensationBase Salary
$60,000 per year
Commission
- 10% commission on first-year collected revenue from new accounts you originate
- 2% commission on second-year collected revenue from those same accounts
- Paid quarterly
- Uncapped earning potential
