We are currently seeking a Dishwasher to join our culinary team. As Dishwasher, you will play a crucial role in the cleaning and day to day operations of our steakhouse, ensuring our guests have an exceptional dining experience. You will work in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with other team members to create delicious meals according to our established recipes and standards.
Responsibilities:
Ensure all dishes and cookware are cleaned in a timely manner, while maintaining high cleanliness standards.
Work Dishwashing Shifts
Ensure cleanliness and organization of workstations, equipment, and kitchen areas
Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a safe and clean working environment
Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulations
Requirements:
understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with team members
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
High school diploma or equivalent; culinary degree or certification is a plus
